Thinking about exam??
It doesn't mean I lost the mood to study?
But I really didn't feel anxious*not like previous* at all....
no mood?
well, I'm having too much fun already...
my mood was excellent!
but?

My day start at 8.40am in the morning...

After that, Me, Meredith and Esteranza went to Perangin Mall...

I bought a pair of new sport shoe(Power brand) for RM60...
I'm satisfied with it!
Then we go shopping~~*Its already 2.30pm, so I accidentally cannot attend my 3pm class...:p*
Meredith bought a new dress which she had been planning to buy not sure since when~
I also tried one of the skirt...but not buying la~
Then we go window shopping....
I've tried a gothic@lolita dress that I have dreamed to wear since long ago...

we reminisce our schedule this week...
and guess what? We realize that  we are having soooooooo much fun for the whole week!
enjoy to the max!
and I do drastic decision and action...
after reach at Sg Dua bus stand....
Me and Meredith went to D'Stylish....
I decided to cut my hair!
warghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....
Its really drastic for me okay?
I didn't cut my hair around 1 year already!
Now it was much more shorter than I've cut this few years....
(and I was wrong by assuming that my face will look awkward after cutting my hair...because?its still me~~LOL)
Then? went back to Andy, YK and Boon Fee office to get our things and get positive comment about my new hair...:p
we planning to go back....
but guess what?
Fatin bring us to eat at Yan...............*forgot the name of the place already...*
'Lepaking' with some crews and having a wonderful dinner...
Arja suggested we go to Andy apartment to swimming....
and without thinking further, we all agreed upon it!
*craving to swimming~*
Christina sent us back to hostel to grab our clothes and we go to Andy apartment and?
SWIM! really fun heh?
but feel so sad, YK can't join us...
she is going to KL...gonna miss her so much~~
but we managed to play a while....
push people to the swimming pool and I got 'heret' by 4person...
well, I'm the one that started to push people and they just revenging....:p
we went to Andy apartment and touring a mini zoo there...

Its almost 4am...
and its time for me to sleep...
my bed are calling...
need to go out in the afternoon...
to satisfies my craving towards doughnuts!
feel relieved a bit...
my part that delayed already done!
but its not the end...
*well at least, something is done today...rather than nothing isn't it?*
:)
Why you must make me feel guilty?
Why you must make me feel not sure with my decision?
Why you can easily interfere with my judgement?
Now I'm in dilemma...
haish....
Will deal with you later...
I have to stay focus for my assignment...
*craving to eat Big Apple!warghhhhhhhh!!!*

Good Morning Wednesday!

Its Wednesday....
I have to wake up early since I have English class to attend...
Feel much more better than last night....
What a relieve..:)
Last night was one of the hardest night to sleep in my life...
Not because my sickness too critical...
But because of a dream....
I dream something shocking last night....
Yes...really shocking for me....
I never thought I will react in that way in that situation...
I didn't care for it at the beginning but the thing like bugging me and I'm started to worried....
I try to search and find it....
when I find it, I spontaneously react in a surprising way!
I don't care about my surrounding anymore...
and I know there is someone that hurt that time...
But I really can't help it.....
thats mean I still care about it!
this thing happened to me before....
but last night dream was a bit complicated....
A dream, Necklace and me...
It is raining outside now....
Its been a while its raining in the morning....
(or it just I always wake up late?hahahaha)
What to focus today?
Classes and assignment...
also thinking about to have some fresh air in the evening....
tomorrow was my whole day free time...
accept that I have to attend meeting at 6.30pm...
other than that?nothing to do!
huhuh....
I hope you will be doing just fine there...
I would do anything just to meet you again....
"You might think, I don't look....But deep inside the corner of my heart, I'm attached to you..."

Sick?

I hate this part!
I'd rather be stress than sick!
wargh!!!!!!!
got to off to my bed now!
got class at 8am...
hopefully tomorrow this sickness will go away...
please la~
exam coming soon...
haish...

Maybe by king

There i was waiting for a chance
hoping that u'll understand
the things i wanna say

As my love
is stronger than before
i wanna see u more and more
but you close the door

Why don't u try
to open up your heart
i won't take so much of your time.....

Maybe it's wrong to say please love me too
coz i know u never do
somebody else is waitin' there inside for you....
maybe its wrong to love you more each day
coz i know he's here to stay....
but i know to whom you should belong....

I believe what u said to me
we should set each other free
that's how u want it to be....

But my love
is stronger than before
i wanna see u more and more
but you close the door

Why don't u try
to open up your heart
i won't take so much of your time.....

Maybe it's wrong to say please love me too
coz i know u never do
somebody else is waitin' there inside for you....
maybe its wrong to love you more each day
coz i know he's here to stay....
but my love is strong
i don't know if this is wrong...
but i know to whom you should belong...

Bridge:
maybe its wrong to say please love me too
coz i know u'll never do...
maybe its wrong to love u more each day...
coz i know he's here to stay..

maybe its wrong to say please love me too
coz i know u'll never do (no, no, no u'll never do)
somebody else is waiting there (somebody else is) inside for you.....(waiting inside for you)
maybe its wrong to love you more each day...(love u more each day)
coz i know he's here to stay..
but my love is strong..(but my love is strong)
i don't know if this is wrong..(dont know if this is wrong)
but i know to whom you should belong........
i know to whom you should belong

*I really love this song...the lyric and music are so touching...the drama also make me drop my tears....its really-really.......................*

Raining outside....

The rain that pouring....
cooling the heat surrounding me...
but not enough to cool down my heart....
I'm searching for the warmness inside of my heart...
and what did I get?
heat that burning myself....
where'd you go...
I've been searching for you but you keep avoiding me...
the light that I hope can bring the tenderness of warm...
slowly burning myself....
the rain that pouring only making my heart flooded with tears that unseen but yet so hurting...

I just want some warmness....
let the rain pouring and make my heart warm...

Sleep...Sleep..and Sleep...

I found this article quite a long time ago and thinking to post it to my blog but I was really busy with all my activities. I was in the middle of doing assignment and was on break while waiting for the next class at 2pm. Assignment make me headache and bored, so I steal some time to type about this article. This article kind of related to me, so I will post it for reminder to myself…XD..

9 sleep myths that make you tired

Sleep is important aspect in human life. We restored our energy while we are sleeping and good sleep will make us stay healthy and energetic. There are 9myths (I believe there are more but 9 is okay enough..:p) that will make you tired if you keep believing those myths. If you always feel exhausted, tired, sleepy, down or etc, maybe you should check this myths and if you practicing it, that’s mean you have to do something about it….

1.     1  Many people are short sleeper.

Fact: It was very rare to have people that genuinely require less than 6 hour of sleep at night. A just-discovered genetic mutation does enable some people to function okay on 20 to 25% less sleep than average, but—here's the catch—researchers estimate that fewer than 1% of people have the trait.

Energy fix: Two likely signs you're among the lucky short-sleeping crowd: You wake up regularly without an alarm clock, and at the same time every day—weekdays, weekends, vacations—says Emory University sleep expert David Schulman, MD. "But most of us need 7 to 8 hours of sleep to stay healthy."
2.    2   Napping only makes you more tired

Fact: Some people swear that quick naps make them sleepier, but a snooze that's less than 20 minutes should perk most of us up.
"Just 10 to 20 minutes is all you need to get the benefits of napping, such as alertness, improved performance, and better mood," says Kimberly A. Cote, PhD, a sleep researcher at Brock University in Ontario. Here's why: During sleep, your brain produces different kinds of waves, which correspond to how deeply you sleep. After about 20 minutes, the sleeping brain may move into what's called slow-wave sleep, which is the deepest phase of sleep. If you nap too long, you may feel groggy and disoriented upon awakening instead of refreshed because long naps are more likely to contain deep slow-wave sleep.
When you nap also matters. "A power nap should be early in the day so it doesn't interfere with your ability to fall asleep at bedtime," says David Neubauer, MD, associate director of the Johns Hopkins Sleep Disorders Center. Most people's inner body clocks trigger drowsiness somewhere between 1 and 4 PM.

Energy fix: To make naps a daily ritual, doze off faster by using something you associate with sleep (a favorite pillow or lavender eye mask). Also, nap in a comfortable chair or couch instead of your bed to avoid the temptation to doze for too long, so you don't wake up with a sleep hangover.
3.     3  Exercise that are close to bed times will keep you up

Fact: That's not true for everyone. In fact, research shows that even vigorous exercise right before bedtime doesn't cause trouble sleeping for many people (and in some cases it may help).
This is good news if your busy schedule gives you a short window of time after work to squeeze in some activity. Even people who have trouble sleeping can probably exercise about an hour before bed without problems. "But we don't have hard data, so people really have to do their own testing," says Michael Perlis, PhD, director of the University of Pennsylvania Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program.

Energy fix: Experiment. If you exercise at night and suspect that your workout may be keeping you up, reschedule it for earlier in the day for several days to see whether you sleep better. Keeping a sleep diary for those days—noting when you exercise and how well you sleep—can help. If you find you do sleep better when you exercise earlier, make the switch permanent.

4.    4   Its normal to nod off during a meeting

Fact: It's normal to feel slightly less energetic in the afternoon because of your body's natural circadian rhythms.
But you shouldn't feel like your head's about to droop while your group VP is giving a 4 PM presentation or when your preschooler is explaining why Superman is better than Batman. If your eyelids feel heavy, you're too tired, says William C. Dement, MD, PhD, the Stanford University scientist known as the father of sleep medicine.
In fact, if you feel tired during the day, you may be running a significant "sleep debt"—the total hours of sleep you've lost, one sleep-deprived night after another. If you need 8 hours of sleep and get only 7, after a week you've lost the equivalent of almost one night's sleep. That's your sleep debt. After losing only the equivalent of one night's sleep over the course of a week, your body will respond as if you'd pulled an all-nighter: You may experience waves of extreme fatigue; itchy, burning eyes; mood swings; inability to focus; and even hunger as your body tries to find a way ("Aha! Chocolate-covered pretzels!") to grasp on to energy. Sleep debt is linked with chronic, serious health issues like high blood pressure and diabetes.

Energy fix: If your sleep is interrupted once in a while, one good night's sleep will help you feel refreshed. Chronic problems—stress, a snoring spouse, the snuggling pet—will require specific solutions (a visit to the doctor, a bed in the hallway for Spike). But if you're cheating yourself of sleep time "to get things done," or if you just don't realize how much sleep you need, you have to adjust your bedtime and hit the hay earlier (try this tip to get more sleep).

5.    5   Go to sleep early if you have insomnia

Fact: Step away from the bed.
If you suffer from true insomnia, this could make your tossing and turning much worse, says Cote. Blame it on something called the sleep homeostat. A hardwired system controlled by brain chemicals, it's not unlike your appetite. The longer you go between meals and the more active you are, the hungrier you become. Likewise, your homeostat builds up a hunger for sleep based on how long you've been awake and how active you've been. The more sleep hungry you are, the faster you nod off and the more soundly you doze. But just as you're not eager for a big meal at night if you pig out all day or snack too close to dinner, you're not going to feel tired if you go to bed earlier or nap. When you have insomnia, experts recommend that you let your sleep homeostat adjust itself naturally, without trying to compensate with different bedtimes and catnaps.

Energy fix: Go to bed an hour later than usual (to make yourself more tired). If you feel anxious about falling asleep, get up and leave the bedroom. Try reading or some other low-key activity. Two other tips that can help bring on natural sleep: Dunk in a warm bath before bed. It temporarily spikes your body temperature, but lying down afterward makes it drop because your muscles relax and produce less heat. Sleep tends to follow a steep decline in body temperature. Also, exercise during the day. Research shows that a 30- to 45-minute bout helps insomniacs enjoy better and somewhat longer sleep.
6.    6   Skipping a bit sleep isn’t that horrible

Fact: Missing even 90 minutes of sleep for just 1 night can reduce your daytime alertness by as much as 32%.
That's enough to impair your memory, your thinking ability, and your safety on the job and on the road. One Australian study found that volunteers who stayed awake just 6 hours past their normal bedtime for a single day performed as poorly on tests gauging attentiveness and reaction time as those who were legally drunk. The National Sleep Foundation's 2009 poll showed that as many as 1.9 million drivers have had a car crash or a near miss due to drowsiness in the past year.
What's worse, sleep deprivation also impairs your ability to recognize that you're not running on all cylinders. In other words, you really shouldn't be operating heavy machinery (or much else), but you don't realize it. "The ability to judge how well you're doing is probably one of the first things to go when you don't get enough sleep," says Cote. "That's why you need to take preventive measures."

Energy fix: If you miss several hours of sleep one night, consider calling in sick the next day or ask if you can work from home. (That way, you won't have to drive.) If you find yourself nodding off at your desk, take a brisk walk up and down the stairs or hall. Exercise helps you snap to, in part because the accompanying rise in body temperature appears to boost alertness for a time. If possible, set aside part of your lunch hour for a nap. Remember to set an alarm, or ask a buddy to wake you.

7.   7    Just catch up on sleep on the weekend

Fact: Unless you have insomnia, it's theoretically possible to make up for some lost sleep by dozing longer on the weekend. But it's not realistic.
With kids' birthday parties, sports practices, and all those inevitable weekend errands, chances are you won't really be able to make up for the sleep you missed, says Dement. You'll end up finishing the week in the red, with an ever-bigger sleep debt.

Energy fix: Don't regularly skimp on weekday sleep with the expectation you'll bounce back over the weekend. If you do happen to rack up an occasional sleep debt during the workweek, try to sleep later on the weekend or take a nap so you can pay at least part of it down, Dement says. Invest in a white-noise machine to help snooze through the din of lawn mowers and your kids' afternoon games in the yard.
8.   8    It doesn’t matter when you go to sleep

Fact: Night owls are nearly 3 times more likely to experience symptoms of depression than early birds, one study found—even when they got the same total amount of sleep.
Experts aren't sure exactly why, but there may be an optimal time within the 24-hour clock to fall asleep and wake up, says Lisa Shives, MD, sleep expert and founder of North Shore Sleep Medicine. "This and other research shows that going to bed late can be bad for your mood and your overall health."

Energy fix: If you want to shift back your bedtime, start gradually: head to bed 15 to 30 minutes earlier every few days, and make sure the lights in your home are dim for about 2 hours before that time, says Shives. Then set your alarm to wake up 7 to 8 hours later.

9.   9    You have to be in bad shape to take sleeping pills

Fact: Actually, sleeping pills are most helpful if you take them before insomnia becomes chronic, says Carl E. Hunt, MD, director of the National Institutes of Health National Center on Sleep Disorders Research. They can help correct your off-kilter sleep homeostat.
Today's popular pills like Ambien and Sonata, unlike older versions, help you drift off to sleep within minutes and stay asleep, thus breaking the cycle of sleeplessness and anxiety that can turn a few nights of insomnia into chronic sleeplessness. They also wear off faster than older meds, so you're not semi-comatose in the morning. Like all medicines, sleeping pills can cause side effects (dizziness, headache, agitation), and they're not meant for long-term use.

Energy fix: Ask your doctor about the pros and cons of sleeping meds for you. If you'd prefer a drug-free alternative, consider cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT); long-term, it can be more effective than pills at combating insomnia. CBT trains insomniacs to avoid bad habits and counterproductive worries about lost sleep. Usually the therapy runs from four to eight sessions, but some patients find relief with as few as two. The downside of CBT: It can cost hundreds per session and, unlike pills, may not be covered by insurance.

6 Habits That Will Make You Broke..

I found this information while surfing the net....
It was really interesting... *LOL*
Why?
Because I'm always broke?
hahahahahaha....
and this article will make me more aware the habits that make me go broke?
maybe~~
Okay..I will start the the point.....

We always heard that people complaining that they are broke. The examples of reason that they will give are living expenses(mostly on food, personal needs, top up, etc) , they didn't have income in the first place(this one cannot say anything la~~), they used to spend a lot of money and etc. Some people broke because of internal factors and some of it because of external factors. Habits are internal factor of why people broke. Some of us may not realize it but there are also that people that realize but they didn't care about it. Let us see the 6 habits that will make people broke.

1. Window Shopping

#It can be fun to browse the aisles and see what's out there. We all have our weak spots, like home goods, electronics or clothes -- even if you don't like to go to the mall. You don't even have to leave the house to window shop anymore; those catalogs, the internet and commercials advertising the latest sale can be just as tempting.

>Window shopping is a bad financial habit that takes some discipline to break. Staying away from stores and not requesting catalogs or email updates from your favorite stores is a good place to start. Before buying that latest item you pine for, ask yourself two questions: Do I need it and can I pay cash for it? If your answer is no, walk away.

*(OMG, I really love window shopping! Now I know why I always broke..LOL)*

2. Carrying Lot of Cash

#You know that paying with plastic is bad, but carrying lots of cash can be just as bad a habit. Cash can give you the feeling of having extra -- fun money that's just sitting there.

>Only carry enough cash for what you need, and leave the rest at home. Avoiding plastic is great, but budgeting is just as important when choosing to pay cash. If you like the green, try budgeting your cash with envelopes: one for groceries, one for entertainment, etc.

*(It's normal when you carrying lot of cash isn't it? I Feel so lazy to go to the ATM machine every time I want to use money. These cash are for back up when something urgent to buy.)

3.Saving Your Info with Vendors

#Those online shopping sites are so considerate to save your address and credit card information -- some even have one-click ordering buttons, so you can buy something in just a second. It's very easy, but also very dangerous. Not only does this easy shopping make you broke if you're prone to impulse shopping, it also eliminates the feeling of spending money, since all you do is click.

>Don't allow vendors to store your credit card information. Avoid signing up for emails and catalogs if those tempt you to shop when you really shouldn't. It can be great to know about a sale, but if you didn't need anything, it's just another temptation.

*(Okay, I didn't do online shopping except for my flight tickets. I also didn't have any credit card. Catalogs? I didn't subscribe any. So this kind of habit have nothing to do with my "brokeness"..LOL)

4.Clipping Unneeded Coupon

#We all feel the pinch in this tougher economy, especially when buying groceries. Clipping coupons is downright trendy today -- but is it really such a good habit? Sure, getting 50 cents off that package of cookies or that brand-name detergent is a discount, but you may be surprised to find that your grocery bill isn't really going down despite all your coupon clipping. The truth is that buying generic brands that are just as tasty is often cheaper; coupons can make us buy things even we didn't plan for.

>Start with a grocery list for the week, and then look at your clipped coupons. If you can use one, great, but try supermarket brands too for the best bottom line.

*(This one also not related to my financial problem...:p)

5.Shopping with Your Emotions

#It was a rough week, or a good one, or you want to reward yourself for losing a few pounds, so you go shopping. You earned that new dress, that new gadget, that big pie -- it was on sale, too. Letting your mood dictate your buying decisions is the quickest way to go broke.

>Sober up before shopping. Do you need these items, and can you afford them? Be honest with yourself. Reward yourself by doing something that doesn't cost, like taking a nice bath, or spending time with your loved ones.

*(This one is the main reason why people got broke isn't it?LOL. But I like the solutions! Reward yourself by doing something that doesn't cost. But to be honest, there are nothing free nowadays..XD)

6.Not Planning Ahead

#It's Tuesday, you're tired, and have no idea what you'll make for dinner. A great night for takeout, right? Using data from the BLS, it's estimated that the average family of four spends over $4,000 on eating out -- a very expensive habit that will make you broke in a hurry.

>When you make your grocery list, make a menu for the week at the same time, so you always have ingredients for a meal. If your week is hectic, try cooking on Sunday and freezing meals for the week. Plan for lunches the same way; not only will you save money, you'll eat healthier by avoiding fatty restaurant food.

*(Okay, when I make my grocery list, I didn't plan the menu for the week. Anything that are simple and easy to prepare are the main criteria of the shopping list. Here, grocery list? Its more to the menu I want to eat at the cafe, and sometimes I just walked in and get I what available there that will suite my taste.LOL.)
